For building suppliers
Will BuildQuick take over our customer account?
The proposed model keeps the material sale and customer relationship with your branch. The pilot agreement will define the delivery responsibilities and information shared.
Do we need a particular ERP system?
The development plan allows for integrations where practical and simpler order-entry options where they are not. Compatibility with a particular system must be confirmed during onboarding.
Can we keep using our own fleet?
Pilot discussions can assess specific delivery needs alongside your existing arrangements. No exclusive fleet-replacement commitment is assumed by this website.
Is each branch’s commercial information kept separate?
Your team knows the materials and the customer. BuildQuick is developing a delivery service that fits around that relationship, coordinating compatible work across suppliers while keeping each branch's commercial information separate.
For contractors
Can I buy materials through BuildQuick?
The initial focus is delivery coordination. A later ordering layer is part of the roadmap; this website is not a materials marketplace.
Can I book a delivery today?
Commercial delivery booking is not open through this website. BuildQuick is in development and preparing a planned pilot.
About the planned pilot
Is the pilot running now?
No. The current business plan targets July-December 2027, and the schedule depends on readiness.
Will expressing interest guarantee a place?
No. When enquiries open, an expression of interest will start a suitability review. The operating area, material types, capacity, and pilot objectives will guide selection.
When is commercial launch planned?
The target is January 2028, subject to readiness and pilot results.
How are large, heavy or dangerous loads handled?
Large, heavy or equipment-dependent loads require a separate review of dimensions, weight, vehicle capability and receiving conditions. Regulated dangerous goods are excluded from the planned pilot.
