BuildQuick / contractors

For contractors and construction teams

Plan the job around a clearer delivery window.

BuildQuick is developing a way to coordinate compatible material deliveries from participating suppliers. The goal is fewer separate arrangements and a clearer picture of what is arriving at your site.

Arrival-window concept

An agreed period for arrival.
Readiness and handling still come first.

Several orders. A more coordinated arrival.

You may still buy materials directly from different suppliers. The delivery model is intended to coordinate suitable orders into a shared transport plan, while each supplier keeps its own sale and invoice. A shared arrival depends on timing, material compatibility, vehicle capacity, and access at the jobsite.

02 / BUILDQUICK

Match the delivery to the job.

Plan ahead

Scheduled delivery is intended for work where the site can agree an arrival window in advance.

Discuss tighter timing

The proposed express option is for jobs needing closer coordination. Availability, pickup readiness, and operating conditions must be checked before accepting the request.

Identify special handling

Heavy, oversized, or equipment-dependent loads need an appropriate vehicle and an agreed unloading plan. Tell the team about those requirements early.

03 / BUILDQUICK

Help the delivery reach the right place.

Prepare an accurate address, a named receiving contact, safe vehicle access, and a clear unloading arrangement. Flag road restrictions, crane bookings, height limits, and any time when the site cannot receive materials. These details determine whether a delivery plan is practical.

Can I book a delivery today?

Commercial delivery booking is not open through this website. BuildQuick is in development and preparing a planned pilot.

Can I buy materials through BuildQuick?

The initial focus is delivery coordination. A later ordering layer is part of the roadmap; this website is not a materials marketplace.

Is every order guaranteed to share a truck?

No. The operating plan must account for readiness, timing, load compatibility, equipment, and site access. Some work may require a separate arrangement.

04 / BUILDQUICK

Make the receiving window work for your crew.

Before the delivery day

Coordinate the receiving period with site access, equipment bookings and the person accepting the load. Tell the team about restrictions before a transport plan is accepted.

When the plan changes

A changed address, blocked approach or unavailable unloading equipment can affect the whole delivery arrangement. The pilot workflow will define how changes are raised and confirmed.

At the handoff

Check the delivery against the agreed documentation and record visible discrepancies through the accepted process. Each supplier’s material-sale documents remain separate.

05 / BUILDQUICK

Bring the site constraints into the plan.

A useful delivery brief is specific about physical conditions. Consider the approach road, turning space, unloading location, overhead restrictions and the point where responsibility changes hands. These details help determine the appropriate vehicle and whether coordinated transport is practical.

Have a project that could help test the model?

Review the planned pilot and the kinds of receiving arrangements it will consider. Prepare a summary of your delivery needs for a future discussion; enquiry collection is not open yet.
